Shipping policy

• All prices on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and US Dollars (USD).
• For payment, we accept credit cards and bank transfers. All advance orders and orders of items not in stock are non-returnable.
• Custom made order or pieces purchased during sales and advance orders and items not in stock are not eligible for return and exchange.
  
• For the UAE, the estimated delivery time will be between 2-3 working days on ready pieces , depending on the delivery address except pre orders that might take 1-3 weeks according to the piece work.

• We ship world wide.
• All international and GCC orders are final. No returns, or exchanges.
• All international and GCC orders are processed within 10-14 business days on ready items. Orders will be delivered through FedEx. Our team will provide you the tracking number. Pre orders may take longer time to be delivered.
• All international and GCC orders, the customer assumes responsibility for all custom/ import charges applicable to their country.
• Please be advised, international order can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number for delivery status.
